Our brewers are well trained have completed various brewing qualifications. Our Master Brewster has completed the Master Brewer qualification with the Institute of Brewing and Distilling and has over 12 years practical brewing experience in both macro and micro manufacturing.
We offer onsite quality control and quality assurance services to ensure consistent quality of all our products. Our 2 vessel brewhouse has capacity of 1000L per batch, with 1000L and 2000L fermentation capacity.
We have strict DO control and management throughout the process with option to pasteurize ensuring freshness and brand protection.
Automated packaging solution with capability to bottle into 330ml or 440ml glass bottles together with a keg line capable of filling single use plastic kegs and stainless-steel kegs. Packaging equipment offers reliable fill heights and consistent label application with date and batch number stamping to ensure traceability.
